Scope and budget
Journeys, integrations, platforms and data migration determine the quote. Maintenance and future development are scoped separately.
Advisory work is billed by the hour or day. Project pricing depends on scope, integrations and your existing systems. We agree on these before work begins.
Build the right first version. Not every feature.
You have an idea, customer requests or a tool that no longer fits. Before development, we choose the journey that must work, what can wait and how to assess whether the product is useful.
Scope
Priority users, journeys, constraints and acceptance criteria. A clear enough scope to provide a quote.
Build
Regular demonstrations to check decisions. New requests are assessed rather than silently added to the budget.
Hand over
Code, access and documentation as agreed in the contract. Maintenance, operations and future development are scoped separately.
What if an existing solution is enough?
We compare it with custom development. Building is not a goal in itself: control, usage or differentiation must justify the investment.
